Encyclopedia Britannica volume III printed in 1771 has entries for "medicine" from page 58 to 169. Reproduction copies of the three volume set are not that hard to find. Other entries of medical interest, i.e. midwifery (205 to 245) and surgery (641 to 879) for example are also included in that volume.
